This Privacy Policy describes how Findr Technologies LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Findr," "we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or interact with us through online forms (the "Site").

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information that Findr collects, processes, or analyzes on behalf of clients pursuant to a written Client Agreement, which is governed separately. See Section 14 for more information on how Findr's services interact with client data.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02 Information We Collect

When you submit information through forms on the Site, we collect what you choose to share with us. This typically includes:

10 California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information. These include all rights listed in Section 09, plus:

The right to know what categories of personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, or sold (we do not sell personal information)
The right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not sell or share for these purposes)
The right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information)

We do not knowingly collect personal information from California residents under the age of 16 without consent.

11 Other State Privacy Rights

If you reside in a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law (including but not limited to Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or Florida), you may have rights similar to those described in Section 09. These typically include the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, as well as the right to opt out of certain processing activities.

Florida residents: Florida's Digital Bill of Rights provides certain rights primarily applicable to large data controllers. While Findr is not currently subject to all Florida Digital Bill of Rights obligations, we voluntarily honor the rights described in this Privacy Policy for Florida residents.

12 International Visitors

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer and processing.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with comprehensive data protection laws, you may have additional rights under those laws, including the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

13 Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at support@findr.city so we can take appropriate action.

14 Findr Client Services

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site from visitors and prospective clients. It does not apply to data that Findr collects, processes, or analyzes on behalf of clients pursuant to a written Client Agreement.

In the course of providing services to clients, Findr accesses, manages, and analyzes data from third-party platforms (including but not limited to Google Business Profile and Apple Business Connect) on behalf of those clients. Findr's handling of such data is governed by the applicable Client Agreement and the policies of the relevant third-party platforms.

Findr does not use client-specific data collected during service engagements to market to or solicit prospects outside of the client relationship. Findr may, however, aggregate and anonymize data derived from client engagements for purposes including benchmarking, product improvement, and industry research, as further described in our Client Agreements.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of those external sites. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

16 Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we update the policy, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page.

Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the Site or, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
